What you'll do:
Drive Process Improvement through Data Analysis:Analyze project performance data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and bottlenecks. Propose and lead initiatives to optimize our delivery processes, improving overall efficiency and predictability.
: Lead critical planning sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Requirements:
- At least one year of project planning experience in dynamic, fast-paced, global environments - a must
- Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation, and optimisation principles and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jira - extreme advantage!
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and propose actionable solutions.
- Great communication and presentation skills - Hebrew and English , written and spoken
- Experience working with multiple entities, managing cross-functional collaborations effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
