Mold setup activities, clean the molds and basic troubleshooting of molding equipment in starting the mold and machine.

You are responsible for

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Optimize lifecycle of Process parts and reduce cost
• Improve machine availability and reduce breakdown
• Advise in Process approach and update Process plan to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Raise Process request as and when informed about any issue

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Primary school completed
• Plastic process technician certification of a technical institution or equivalent training necessary
• Desirable adequate combination of educational background and/or experience in Medical Companies to effectively perform self- training.
• Considerable experience 1 years is required.
• Desirable demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements and Japan regulations.
