- 5 years of experience in hardware development, and in consumer electronics development through the NPI life-cycle.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience across the phases of product development from prototype to production.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and build relationships.
- Ability to identify and resolve cross-functional issues and manage technical risks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all project stakeholders and levels.
