About The Role
We’re looking for a mid–senior full stack developer who can own features end-to-end across React and NestJS. You’ll build scalable, real-time experiences in a fast-moving, startup-like team
- Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across frontend (React) and backend (NestJS, Postgres, Redis) .
- Collaborate closely with Unity developers to integrate 3D experiences with business logic and 2D interfaces.
- Implement real-time communication features (video, audio, chat) at scale using LiveKit.
- Write clean, performant, and maintainable code with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Act as a mini product owner : scope features, plan implementations, and define success metrics.
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements.
- Contribute to our CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and infrastructure when needed.
- Operate with high independence, ownership, and attention to detail in a small but impactful team.
Your Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years of professional experience in software development, ideally across 2–3 companies .
- Strong hands-on experience with React (and modern frontend practices) and at least one backend framework (NestJS preferred) .
- Solid knowledge of databases (Postgres, Redis) and API design .
- Experience building real-time systems (e.g., WebRTC, LiveKit, chat, streaming).
- Proven ability to take features from idea → design → implementation → production .
- Comfortable working in a startup-like, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills, including working with teammates from other disciplines (e.g., Unity/3D).
- A mindset for performance, scalability, and clean architecture .
- Bonus: exposure to CI/CD, testing automation, cloud environments (AWS/GCP) .
