- OR equivalent experience.

- 3+ years relevant domain experience within technology sector.
- 3+ years experience in research methods impacting both product direction and detailed experience design.
- Proficiency in a variety of user research methods and tools, such as qualitative and quantitative analysis, remote and in-person testing, prototyping, and data visualization.
- Experience with online survey platforms, such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, or Microsoft Forms.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- A portfolio of user research projects thatdemonstrateyour impact and process.
UX Research IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $108,100 - CAD $199,700 per year.
