In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, recommending, and implementing our chat product strategies. Through a Product Owner lens, you’ll use your creativity and technical acuity to define and build the desired experience, and will be the driving force behind growing the level of support we provide for our customers. Typical responsibilities will include:- Leading the end-to-end product management lifecycle for platform chat solutions, from ideas to execution.- Working with technical partners to define processes, features, and architecture that are flexible, scalable, and operationally reliable. - Presenting effectively with stakeholders, influencing and securing consensus and support from individual contributors and executive management.- Navigating through ambiguous situations with a clear, strategic approach.- Maintaining methodologies once in service to ensure their continued use and acceptable level of quality.- Analyzing data to extract key insights that can be used for continuous process and experience improvements.
