Manage the entire sales process, including identifying new prospects, pitching, coordinating with Legal on IO agreements, and handing off to relevant account management teams.
Identify and develop new sales verticals that can benefit from Unity's suite of ad products.
Be an expert in user acquisition, growth and the mobile industry. Represent Unity at industry events and conferences and lead our team's presence at each event.
Use internal BI and analytical tools to drive business decisions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Collect customer feedback to improve sales pitch and strategies and to provide internal Marketing and Product teams on market needs and opportunities.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in sales or business development within the advertising, gaming, and/or app industries.
History of consistently reaching sales quotas/attainment targets.
Ability to intimately understand and articulate technical products and services.
Phenomenal at networking, opening doors and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally.

Strong understanding of how mobile ad networks operate, including familiarity with associated business models and ad products (CPI, CPA, CPE), ad serving technology, ad exchanges, programmatic advertising, etc.
