• Strong understanding of cloud and AI technologies and their application in financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with German regulatory authorities.
• Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience working with cloud service providers and AI technology firms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft's cloud and AI offerings and their application in financial services.
• A network of contacts within German regulatory bodies and financial institutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory compliance matters related to cloud and AI within the financial services industry.
• Provide expert advisory services to support customers during regulatory audits and actions.
• Manage the development and implementation of compliance strategies to ensure adherence to German financial services regulations.
• Engage proactively with German regulatory bodies to discuss and negotiate compliance requirements for cloud and AI services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align cloud and AI offerings with the regulatory landscape.
• Lead educational initiatives to inform customers and stakeholders about regulatory changes and their impact on cloud and AI services.
• Monitor and report on regulatory developments and trends in the financial services industry.
