Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience working with Publishers, Agencies, video content or App Publishing companies.
Experience in partner/client relationship-building.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support partner relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
Experience in project management with a focus on scaling engagement and improving efficiency.
Experience with online advertising or ad business generation solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob) and knowledge of programmatic advertising space.
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.
Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving and influencing skills.
