Marketing Manager – Male Grooming
In this role, you have opportunity to
- Act as Marketing Manager to join the highly successful Philips personal health business. You will enter the fast-paced, multinational environment of Philips in Hong Kong.
You are responsible for
- Defines proposals for marketing strategy for specific product category for HK market.
- Defines the product roadmap with a time horizon of timeline for a product range with known functionality and existing technologies.
- Drive and implements the business, budget planning and marketing goals to support the overall market strategy and growth.
- Gathering information and working on product strategy, making marketing analysis to cope with business and market needs of local market.
- Develop presentation material and participates in the market introduction. Acts within MarCom directives and defined marketing plan.
- Interact with various disciplines including innovation, technology & development, marketing management, marketing communication and sales.
- Interact on a regular basis with our marketing teams in key markets and ensure a successful product launch that fits with the local market needs.

- Dedicated Marketing Team of Philips Hong Kong. Philips is a leading brand with a healthy and growing business, and with ambitious future growth plans. You will report to HK Commercial Leader and will be working in a network of various stakeholders in Greater China region.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields or MBA.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience of integrated marketing role from MNC FMGC/Retail business, with Greater China experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
- Excellent project management skills and broad interests allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
- Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to interact with executives and top managers
- Excellent communications skill, good in Mandarin and English.
