Perform standard and complex administration of HR System Support tools, programmes and processes on a European and partially on a global level
Provide consultancy services and service excellence to employees and the HR community as well as IT regarding general and more complex HR System Support topics
Handle standard and complex inquiries & support through ticket self-service, email and telephone
Timely execute HR System Support related standard and complex tasks according to defined processes, timetables and service levels in compliance with regional and local policies, e.g.
Administration, updating and communication of HR System Support policies, tools and processes such as SAP (PA/OM), Performance and Career Development Management, Talent Acquisition and Learning
Execute HR System Authorization requests according to local, regional and global policies
Administer existing and create new Mass Data uploads
Prepare and carry out system audits
Provide professional advice and expertise in the broader area of all HR System Support related topics to HRM and employees
Support and identify topics for the development of HR System Support knowledge base
Create and administer automatized, regular as well as functional and ad hoc reports in order to safeguard adherence of HR System policies and programmes
Communicate results accordingly and support solutions for improvements.
Support user acceptance testing regarding standard and complex test cases
Create user manuals
Assisting in the management of projects related to processes, systems and tools
Prepare training material and carry out trainings on HR System Support topics

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree
2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR, ideally within an international organization
Excellent command of English (German is a plus)
Experience with H2R processes
Solid experience in SAP HR
Solid experience in SAP Success Factors / HR Cloud
Solid experience in HR Reporting / Ad-Hoc Query
Solid knowledge of MS-Office applications (Advanced Excel)
