Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all revenue streams across ICE Data Services’ full portfolio of products and services.
- Accountable for maintaining and expanding the existing revenue base while proactively mitigating risks and preventing revenue erosion within assigned accounts.
- Develop and nurture relationships across all client organization levels, including C-suite executives.
- Lead strategic account planning and take ownership of complex contract renegotiations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with the sales team in closing deals.
- Service as a key coordinator of internal resources to ensure successful execution of client initiatives and effective resolution of issues.
Knowledge and Experience
- 7+ years of experience working within the financial services industry
- 7+ years of client relationship experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Self-driven, motivated and proactive
- A client-centric, advisory type mentality (as opposed to purely transactional account management)
- Business and financial written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
