As a Technical Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for:
- Learning and gaining in depth experience in Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation, zero trust network security.
- Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues.
- Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams.
- Leading investigations on Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation and Zero Trust product for customers.
- Analyzing existing technical issues on Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation, Zero Trust product, proposing solutions to prevent issues.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering
- Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers.
- Have knowledge of the technologies: Linux Operating System (Mandatory), Basic Networking, Virtualization, Cloud Technologies.
- Have high availability and a responsiveness mindset.
- Have Basic knowledge of any Scripting Languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python
