Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies and plans for assigned projects and functional test areas. Your mandate will include expanding our existing test cases, conducting engineering quality testing, and ensuring the successful execution of required tests. As the quality owner for functional and application areas, you will be instrumental in defining qualification strategies and conducting functionality, compatibility, integration, and reliability testing for applications within intricate client/server ecosystems across mobile, desktop, and cloud platforms. We seek a self-motivated, hands-on, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and proven hands-on experience in the relevant field. As the ideal candidate, you must demonstrate the ability to take ownership of outcomes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate testing efforts seamlessly.
Key Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience in Quality Engineering, with at least one year dedicated to software development, is preferred.
  • Experience in Java programming and scripting languages (Perl, PHP, Python, etc.). Linux platforms and relational databases
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and looking beyond what’s obvious
  • Experience working with multiple geo-located teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
