Job Description

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Strong attention to detail

- Professional verbal and written communication skills

- Incentive software processing development and reporting skills which may include MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerBi, MS Power Query, testing and maintenance of databases and processes outside of ICM, as well as knowledge of ICM web client

- Thorough knowledge of incentive plans and processing

- Ability to prepare requirements documentation to provide to technical staff on incentive plan changes needed in Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management).
- Well-developed knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Well-developed organizational, critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to analyze, identify and resolve incentive related data exceptions

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $69,360.00 - $81,600.00 - $89,760.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
