is responsible for reviewing the Technology Book of Work for completion of required documents and their timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying key quality and control risks in work efforts that impact application reliability, stability and availability through efficient, effective and accurate control and quality focused inspections.

• Providing technology managers with ongoing monitoring of the compliance and quality status of their key projects and programs.

• Collaborate technology teams with quantitative measures as well as qualitative observations and recommendations on major themes and trends related to process adherence.

• Supporting the annual SDLC standards authoring cycle, ensuring clear communication of changes to standards and tool set is delivered to clients.

• Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the team’s toolset, including Database and dashboard solutions.

• Liaising with specific technology management organization highlighting areas of risk and solutions to mitigate that risk.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT, project management, or leadership role

• Solid technical work experience ideally within a QA process background

• Experience in managing processes and influencing stakeholders

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Fluency in English

• Good attention to detail able to identify issues and suggest improvements

• Proven experience of coaching and mentoring of team members

• Experience of application of process improvement tools and techniques

• Ability to resolve issues with stakeholders across functions and organizational levels
