4 years of experience in business leadership in consulting or finance.
2 years of experience in business in media, music, or creative industries.
Experience with data mining and manipulation, deriving insights from data sets, and presenting data for business initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Deep knowledge of YouTube large partners and creator ecosystem, the media industry, as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which YouTube operates.
Ability to effectively influence, communicate, and drive change with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, constantly evolving, team environment.
Excellent communications skills, with ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
Strong business sense with distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills.
