Job Description

Apprendistato

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and compile all necessary documentation, including quotations for service contract tenders referred to all Business Units, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain awareness of tender announcements and provide pertinent information to Key Account Managers.

  • Generate quotes for the customers upon request from Key Account Managers.

  • Conduct pre-quote activities such as credit checks and updates on realization times.

  • Follow the approval process for quotes using dedicated tools and reaching out the proper stakeholder.

  • Manage contracts, ensuring their preparation and maintenance throughout the contract lifecycle for both public and private customers.

  • Interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address tender-related issues and ensure alignment on quality documentation.

  • Assist in the coordination of contract bookings between public administration, Philips, and the Global Business Services (GBS) team.

Requirements:

  • A University degree in Administration, Law, Finance or a related field would be a plus.

  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in roles involving customer service or sales support, with exposure to tender processes.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian (oral and written).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of tools like SAP and Salesforce Service Max will be a plus.

  • Being communicative, adaptable to working in a collaborative team environment, detail-oriented and capable of continuous learning to adapt to evolving tender processes.
