Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, digital media, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Experience working with executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building digital media rights agreements.
Experience in working with broadcasters, top creators, and enterprise partners, crafting agreements that have annual business growth.
Ability to learn technological concepts, financial models, and product features, and interpret legal documents and work with attorneys to discuss complete agreements.
Ability to convert issues into straightforward solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.
