As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs that launch cutting-edge, world class products that meet and exceed customer needs. Qualcomm Software Engineers collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Skills/Experience

• Good understanding of Android system architecture, including framework, system services.

• Solid Java and/or Modern C++ (C++14 or newer) programing language.

• Familiar with Android system debugging skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• It would be an advantage to have experiences of AI use-case development based on popular Frameworks of LLMs or familiar with any on-device AI runtimes.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, maintain Qualcomm Mobile Android Platform software.

• Analyzing and optimizing the Android platform software in various perspectives, including memory, performance, etc.

• Provide technical support to the customers’ requirements.

• Document and share knowledge with the team.
