to own andion ofthe Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) authorization eligibilityrequirementsto determine the optimal onboarding and offboarding experience in support of the CSP authorization strategy, to be executed in accordance with program policies. This role will alsothe CSPs partner and field readinessare well articulated andclarity to partners and field roleson authorizationperational expectations, in alignment with program strategy.

This role is vital to ensurehave a program that hasfriction free onboardingand offboardingto support our goal of having a compliant ecosystem of channel partners.satisfaction andimplement program improvements as needed

As this role will work alongside many stakeholders, it will require a balance of leadership and influence skills to support the broader strategic and operational needs of the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ yearsin apartner-facingrole, optimally dealing with a variety of audiencesandpartnerswith different business models(Distribution, Solution Sales Professionals (SSPs), System Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs)and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs),and an understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem.
  • 3+ yearswith a proventrack recordof managing successfulchannel partnerprograms, including the ability to developsolutionsand oversee successful execution.

  • Proven ability to organize, plan, and analyze complex information, with aptitude for interpreting key business performance indicators
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across teams and organizational levels, paired with analytical and organizational skills. Proactive and self-directed in driving initiatives forward, with a talent for navigating ambiguity and creating clarity for others
  • Proficientproblem-solvingskills, attention to detail, an ability to work effectively under pressure and withinshort timeconstraints, resourcefulness andableto deal with ambiguity, prioritize while multi-tasking andmaintainflexibility in the performance of the job responsibilities. Embracing change is essential.
  • Ensures organizational readiness for business demands and meets challenging timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Executive Relations: The ability to interact confidently with senior leaders in ahighly-matrixedorganization to present/defend/clarify concerns or issuesregardingan existing project, program, or solution. This includes the ability toconfidently addressdifficult questions, handle pushback from a high-level audience, andmaintainan executive demeanour while engaging in challenging or sometimes high-pressure situations

Responsibilities
  • Own program operationsexecutionexcellence in partnership with business operations, CSS, and engineering teams to ensureoptimalexecution to deliverfrictionfree onboarding and offboarding experience toparticipatingpartners.
  • Close partnership with Business Planning, Compliance and Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) teams to ensure adherence and enforcement of program policies.
  • strategies to support partner and field execution at scale, with readiness content, to continuously improve partners’ understanding of authorization eligibility requirements.
  • Develop required program analytics to gain insights to understand and trackpartnercompliance to authorization requirements. Gather feedback from partners and best practices to address challenges and remove blockers.
