Key Responsibilities

  • Client service delivery/execution
    • Lead the delivery and execution of high-quality deliverables, managing service quality, brand, and client expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client personnel, ensuring quality client services.
    • Conceptualize the overall solution for a given client problem
    • Lead the engagement team to deliver client objectives
    • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
    • Review deliverables prepared by the team
    • Manage project, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization
    • Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations
    • Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services
  • Knowledge Management
    • Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views
    • Contribute to knowledge development and management
  • Business development:
    • Manage client accounts, build professional relationships, and meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
    • Demonstrate significant industry and solution expertise to enhance business solutions.

  • People Management
    • Be a strong team player
    • Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach
    • Assist in resolving people issues
    • Support people development through guidance and feedback
    • Take the lead in recruiting activities

  • Contribute to the firm’s initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence
  • The role will evolve from engagement delivery to engagement management and pro-active business development over time

MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with experience in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, strategy verticals will be preferred

Experience

  • 8-12 years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or Tech services industry with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed – Due diligence, Go to Market, Revenue acceleration, Growth Strategy, Profitability improvement, Talent Supply Chain, Operations Transformation
  • Knowledge of current technology landscape, trends and solutions
  • Experience handling large consulting/ technology led transformation projects
  • Significant experience in business development through building of compelling proposals, value proposition for addressing client needs
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offerings that may assist current and prospective customer base
