About the Role: What You'll Do
An SAP Functional Consultant acts as the bridge between business needs and technology. You will be trained to analyze a client’s business processes—such as finance, supply chain, or manufacturing—and help configure the SAP S/4HANA system to meet their specific requirements. This role is a great fit for individuals who are curious about how businesses operate and are eager to solve complex challenges with a powerful enterprise software solution.
Responsibilities:
- SAP Implementation Support: Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from the initial planning phase to post-go-live support.
- Business Process Analysis: Assist senior consultants in gathering and documenting client business requirements to align them with SAP functionalities.
- System Configuration & Testing: Learn to configure the SAP system according to project specifications and support various testing cycles, including unit testing and user acceptance testing.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, such as business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Data Migration: Help with data preparation and validation to ensure a smooth and accurate transition of client data to the new SAP system.
- End-User Training: Assist in preparing and delivering training materials to empower client end-users to effectively utilize the new SAP system.
- Problem-Solving: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
We are hiring for both fresher and intern positions.
- For Freshers:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics , or other relevant business fields.
- Mandatory: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- A proactive, fast-learning mindset with a strong desire to build a long-term career in SAP consulting.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- For Interns:
- Currently a final-year student (in the last 6-9 months of study) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) .
- A foundational understanding of business processes in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics , or a related area.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
