Define and evolve the product vision and direction for making it easy to administer your account from understanding cost to setting controls to working with third party tools.
Work in a cross functional and collaborative role spanning several teams such as product, design, engineering, marketing, sales and support.
Ship features and improvements frequently and iteratively. You will own getting your product out the door, and you will own making sure it’s constantly getting better.
Be responsible for all aspects of your product - if anything goes wrong, you’ll be on the front lines fixing it.
Work hand in hand with customers, engaging in frequent conversations both onsite and in customer offices to understand their needs, gather feedback, and overall ensure that product direction is in tune with customer needs. You’ll often go stretches where you’re talking to multiple customers every day, and you’ll rarely go more than a week without a deep customer conversation.
OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL:
Have 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years of experience leading UI systems (preferably for technical products/platforms).
Have a keen eye for UIs - you enjoy engaging with great UIs, you constantly think about what could be improved in them, and you love discussing designs with x-functional partners.
Have excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical design in 20 seconds or 20 minutes, depending on the audience and goals.
Have an ability to get excited by ambiguity and vague problem definitions - you thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of an innovative company during a growth spurt.
Strong sense of ownership and problem solving skills - Snowflake is moving fast and so should you. Trying things, making mistakes and quickly improving is in our DNA.
Experience working closely with Engineering and Design.
Proven experience defining a product vision and roadmap and managing incremental execution through successful launches.
Combine data driven approaches with strong user empathy to figure out what/when/why to ship - we’re building a platform for millions of users and there’s lots to do!
Move quickly and constantly iterate, moving from hypotheses developed from customer conversations, data and insights to running tests to confirm those hypotheses, to learnings and iteration towards a solution that customers didn’t even realize they wanted but now can’t live without.
Drive execution with a cross-functional team, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals and impact. You’ll have hundreds of internal customers and millions of external ones, and you’ll run a tight ship to get to your goals.
Experience in data management, data warehouses or cloud security - a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $214,000 - $327,700.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
