Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience with data analytics, machine learning, anti-abuse or similar techniques used to detect and prevent fraud.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience using advanced JavaScript, data analysis, or machine learning, in teams directly responsible for user-facing products.
- Experience in a safety or abuse-fighting role.
- Experience with advanced JavaScript.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
