As a Digital Transformation Manager - Executive Director within the Securities Services Operations Transformation Team, you will be part of the Global team that is embarking on a strategically important, multi-year program to improve operational scale and efficiency and drive improved margin and profitability for the Lines of Business. You will work closely with a Senior Transformation Lead to define the strategy, and lead multiple, high-impact projects directly aligned to business priorities. Projects will include process digitization/automation, artificial intelligence, operational efficiency, operating model, control and people initiatives. You will be a strong communicator with outstanding executive presentation skills, with the ability to bring people together and face off to colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive regional transformation initiatives that are aligned to global strategic priorities and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop business case, operating models, solution design, implementation/execution plan and operational readiness
- Collaborate with Technology, Product Development, central Intelligent Solutions and Artificial Intelligence teams to integrate innovative and scalable solutions into Securities Services operational landscape
- Partner with key stakeholders and clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring that deliverables meet their needs and enhance overall client satisfaction
- Build a first class team across multiple locations in the region and provide guidance, direction, and support to direct and indirect teams, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the securities services domain to provide strategic insights and ensure JP Morgan's competitiveness
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At least 15 years’ experience in financial services or a related industry sector such as professional services, or technology providers
- Proven experience as a Transformation Manager, Project Manager or in a similar leadership role within securities services operations or financial services
- Proven people management skills
- Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation tools, and usage of Artificial intelligence in the industry.
- Strong understanding of securities operations, including fund asset management, settlement, custody, and corporate actions
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best
