Service Process Management (SPM) comprises the design, development, deployment, and innovation in creation of services portfolio with best in class processes and the support in efficient service delivery through tools, automation, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Contains identification of service goals and the support of service delivery through end-to-end lifecycle management and regarding the use of processes for services.

You will be playing a Full Stack Developer role and will be…

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back-end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.

Individual Contributor: Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives. Carries out root/cause analysis in more complex problems. • Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good experience with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as C#, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net, MVC
• Familiarity with database technology such as MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Good problem-solving skills.
