How will you make an impact?

1. Automate tasks securely using Python, CloudFormation, Terraform, and other IaC tools.
2. Document processes and procedures for new automation initiatives.
3. Manage IAM for cloud access, ensuring groups, accounts, roles, and permissions are properly configured.
4. Review cloud capacity, optimize costs, and conduct audits to identify ghost infrastructure.
5. Participate in SOC 2 and PCI audits, ensuring compliance with platform controls.
6. Coordinate cross-team operational work to improve platform reliability with minimal disruption.
7. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and other teams to proactively identify and resolve issues, contribute to long-term strategic objectives, and enhance monitoring capabilities.

Have you got what it takes?

1. 5+ years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in cloud operations.
2. Expertise in AWS IAM configuration and security across compute, storage, network, and database services.
3. Proficient with CloudFormation, Terraform, and GIT for infrastructure management.
4. Possesses technical aptitude, superior troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
5. Skilled in various DevOps and automation tools to streamline processes.
6. Strong scripting abilities using Python, PowerShell, or other common languages for automation.
7. Extensive experience in public cloud environments like AWS and Azure, with a knack for troubleshooting AWS services and effective communication with both in-person and remote teams.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

1. Proficient in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
2. Skilled in Python, CloudFormation, Terraform, Git, and Spacelift for infrastructure management and automation.
3. Experienced in Okta administration for identity and access management.
4. Familiar with MS Visual Studio for development tasks.
5. Background in call center operations and infrastructure.
6. Experience supporting international customer bases.
