Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.
Experience in strategy consulting in the media or advertising industry.
Familiarity with offline media, Brand Lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
Excellent investigative and structured problem-solving skills.
Excellent business decision making, tactical and investigative skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action, making presentations to C-Level/Executive audiences with excellent communication skills.
