That means changing the way we fly, fueling jets in an eco-friendly way, keeping buildings smart and safe and even making it possible to breathe on Mars.As a(Building Automation & HVAC technologies), you will work with customers, together with our internal teams, including spot, service operations and sales in the ideation of improvements, and then drive to scope, estimate, propose and close modernization and renewal works within our account base.You will have expert level knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation systems, strong business acumen and great interpersonal skills to help our existing and new customers to upgrade the quality of their buildings / facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend and implement improvements within our Service base to achieve sales goals.
- Provide value to our Service customers’ by engaging in technical discussion leading to plant improvements.
- Provide support to internal team through in topic such as equipment selection, energy optimization, sustainability and contract performance.
- Directly drive orders growth by idealizing, scoping, estimating, proposing and closing orders.
- Support assigned Profit Centers to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) SSJ and RQ orders and revenue.
- Provide an accurate weekly forecast for orders within Salesforce.Com platform.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of pursuits.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience in HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS) systems or technical trade and industry experience.
- Post-Secondary education in a technical field
- 5 years of proven sales performance and ability to establish sales estimates.
- Ability to complete extensive travel throughout Northeastern Ontario with overnight stays.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Immunization (including COVID-19 vaccination) as required by the customer and in accordance with the Public Health Act
- Must be able to acquire the required security clearances
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and diagrams
