What We Do

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Automated QA/UAT Testing

  • Develop and manage the automation roadmap for the platform using the organization’s existing framework.
  • Independently manage concurrent QA/UAT lifecycles of complex projects within schedule.
  • Act as the Testing SME in project meetings, providing expert insights and guidance.
  • Review all project documentation and sign-off on testing artifacts, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing coverage and requirements traceability.
  • Regularly monitor and communicate testing results to stakeholders.
  • Provide test estimates and allocate resources based on scope / schedule.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts.
  • Direct the creation of test plans, test data preparation, test case development, and test execution.
  • Oversee defect management across different projects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions to problems and address cross-impacting issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business and project teams.
  • Develop automation testing scripts using ServiceNow ATF, Automate Pro, and Selenium.

  • College graduate or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience within a user acceptance/quality assurance testing team
  • Proficiency in automation testing using ServiceNow ATF, Automate Pro & Selenium
