Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proven Expertise: Minimum of 6 years in the financial services industry with a robust track record and strong client relationships.
- Positive & Growth Mindset: A go-getter attitude with the ability to bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to the team.
- Product Mastery: Strong Knowledge of public and private capital markets.
- Achievement Drive: Demonstrated success in a financial sales environment, with high energy and a results-oriented approach.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and manage relationships across the organization and with clients.
- Integrity & Compliance: Strong fiduciary mindset with a commitment to risk control and ethical standards.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for effective client coverage.
