Take lead of Emergency Care (AED and Defibrillator) product business development, Marketing campaign, NPI planning as well as pricing to facilitate business growth in Great China to achieve company AOP target.
Collaborate across market, M2O & BU product management team to facilitate Emergency Care business growth.
Generates demand in new and existing markets to maximize sales.
Facilitate the NPI process & market training with BU product management teams & launch the new products & solution developed by BU to the local market.
Support product management team in setting & adjusting the local market target price to maximize the value capture to inform local price corridors and guidance of local discounting.
Understand BU marketing customer segmentation & value proposition; provide feedback on how to tailor to meet the specific market needs.
Manage and measure local promotion program & marcom campaign to deliver high ROI.
Understand and utilize digital tools to improve analytics and prioritize activities with highest ROI.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree above
10 years+ experience of medical product management or marketing in an international medical company.
Collaborative mindset to work with cross-section contact parts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with outgoing character.
