Business Relationships:

  • Leverage existing relationships with customers to support tailored local sales strategies.
  • Provide consultative support in developing compelling value propositions for Honeywell’s solutions.

Customer Engagement:

  • Primary customer interface responsible for cultivating relationships
  • Manage relationships with industrial customers within the process industries
  • Establish and fortify strategic relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring Honeywell’s offerings are recognized as integral to their success.

Travel Requirements:

  • This role may require frequent travel, approximately 30% of the time, to foster relationships with clients and facilitate business operations. Travel will be interstate and to PNG.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in solution sales, showcasing success within a complex business environment.
  • Experience navigating the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building executive relationships, and actively participating in team selling and opportunity planning.
  • Strong financial acumen and business insight to make strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in account management, utilizing market data to develop successful account strategies.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and contract terms.
  • Exceptional knowledge of internal sales processes and systems to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
