Business Relationships:
- Leverage existing relationships with customers to support tailored local sales strategies.
- Provide consultative support in developing compelling value propositions for Honeywell’s solutions.
Customer Engagement:
- Primary customer interface responsible for cultivating relationships
- Manage relationships with industrial customers within the process industries
- Establish and fortify strategic relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring Honeywell’s offerings are recognized as integral to their success.
Travel Requirements:
- This role may require frequent travel, approximately 30% of the time, to foster relationships with clients and facilitate business operations. Travel will be interstate and to PNG.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in solution sales, showcasing success within a complex business environment.
- Experience navigating the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building executive relationships, and actively participating in team selling and opportunity planning.
- Strong financial acumen and business insight to make strategic decisions.
- Proficient in account management, utilizing market data to develop successful account strategies.
- Solid understanding of commercial and contract terms.
- Exceptional knowledge of internal sales processes and systems to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
