Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with highly performance-focused and data-driven industries such as Gaming or Non-gaming Apps, Services, Fintech, Mobility or similar.
Experience in planning, delivering and executing digital marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
