We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedto lead ourteam, focused on building scalable compliance solutions for financial markets. You’ll drive R&D delivery, technical excellence, quality & manage a high-performing team, and ensure delivery of robust surveillance systems aligned with regulatory requirements

How will you make an impact?

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in building scalable surveillance systems.
• Drive the design, development, and maintenance of applications using .NET Core and C# .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including App OPS, DevOps, Professional Services and product
• Own project delivery timelines, code quality, and system architecture.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, code reviews, and testing.

Key Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in .NET Core and C# – architecture, development, and optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native development.
• Good knowledge in RDBMS – MS SQL, Postgresql
• Technical experience with indexing/search technologies (preferably Elasticsearch).
• Experience in containerization.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Python based development
• Good to have technical experience with indexing/search technologies (preferably Elasticsearch).
• Experience in a financial markets compliance domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 13-15 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
