- Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills coupled with strong business acumen. Able to navigate nuanced decisions, balancing financial and non-financial considerations with sensitivity
- Ability to coach team to conduct complex, data-driven analysis
- Highly articulate in both verbal and written communication. Able to articulate recommendations in straightforward language to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. MBA with a concentration in Finance is desirable.
- Experience across international markets and, commercial experience with the China mainland market is preferred
