Responsibilities:

Effectively support in processing trade transactions in the Trade Finance area at the relating to Exports/ Imports/Guarantees/Loans and ensure errorless delivery to clients.

Ensure compliance with sanctions screening requirements

Responsible for effectively handling trade transactions in the area of import / export L/C and Documentary collections and Loans / guarantee processing.

Direct interaction with clients/counterparts in other branches for resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions.

Regular Interaction with internal and external clients for job related activities.

Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc.

Skills:

• Graduate with 3-4 years’ experience in Trade Operations or any other Operations area within a bank.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of export/import/Loans/guarantee documentation and sanctions screening requirements
• Ability to manage volumes with accuracy
• Excellent Customer Service and Inter-personal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement
• Preferred: Knowledge of the latest developments in the Trade space and emerging trends.
