Your key responsibilities


As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with directing the development and implementation of intricate business processes. This also involves the analysis of business requirements at all stages of development. You may have the opportunity to lead a team of consultants during projects or design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions.


Skills and attributes for success

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization or maintenance projects. This may be demonstrated through:

  • Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with minimum 4+ years of experience
  • Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance
  • Experience in project activities as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC)


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
  • Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to meet specific requirements
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure that all solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Monitor system performance and usage metrics, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the implementation and operations.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • English or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory
  • A Bechelor’s or Master's degree in a technical field or economic field
