What You’ll Do
* Drive technology design, iexecution, and/or optimization for
* Assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies.
* Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design.
* Build customer simulations in test labs tote sophisticated issues.
* Build and deliver customer collateral,and knowledge transfer.
* Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.
* Align with and support company policies and processes and utilize relevant tools to efficiently execute the role and support Professional Services’ strategies and goals.
* Play the role of an individual contributor.

* Takes ownership of task/project implementation for assigned engagements.
* Implement new techniques and methodologies utilized in customer delivery and share lessons learned with the broader team.
* Builds and reviews project work e.g. Designs, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, IChange Management Plans.
* Builds and/or use test environments as the need arises to resolve sophisticated problems & compatibility issues.
* Demonstrates software skills and tools to configure, deploy Cisco products and solutions.
* Gives in the development of digital intellectual capital (e.g. scripts, digital signatures).
* Acts as a focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Assures accurate and quick resolution of major customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies.Who You’ll Work WithWho You Are
* Experience in planning, designing, implementing and solving problems complex Cisco UC solutions for enterprise level customers.
* 3+ years of experience in designing, installing, configuring, and solving the Cisco UC applications such as CUCM, Unity Connection, CUCME, SRST, UCCX, CER, IM&P.
* Experience on Digital/Analog voice gateways, media resources such as conferencing, transcoding, MTP, and MoH and voice endpoints such as IP phones, and CIPC (softphones).
* Experience with planning and executing moderate-scale UC upgrade and migration activities.
* Good understanding of telephony dial plan design, iand callg protocols such as H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS.
* Good in TCP/IP concepts and protocols like DHCP, DNS, TFTP, NTP, and LDAP.
* Experience with UCS B/C series platforms and VMware technologies such as vCenter, vSphere EXSi, and vSphere client.
* Knowledge of Collaboration QoS desired.
* Professional level (e.g. CCNP) or equivalent relevant certification desired.
* Good in softwarey, automation, orchestration and/or vLeadership / Autonomy
* Receives limited supervision. Receives little instruction on routine work and new assignments. Provides guidance and mentoring to other engineers. Translates team goals into work assignments.
