MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Secure optimal parts inventory level for part number & supplier portfolio
• Supplier management including, daily order administration, placement and follow up by mainframe system
• Optimizing fill rate and service level based on SAP – SPP (Service Parts Planning) Forecasting and Inventory Planning processes
• Performing ad-hoc analysis on supplier portfolio, draw conclusions and propose action plan
• Responsible for answering customer inquiries (feedback on delivery time and follow up)
• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders such as Customer Service Group, Warehouse Operations & our contacts at other Nissan Group Entities

REQUIRED BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and/or Economics or MBO Logistics and/or Economics with relevant work experience
• Strong communicator in English and preferably Dutch
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytic, accurate and strong drive towards results
• Pro-active and positive attitude
• Advanced skills in Excel, knowledge of SAP
