SeniorAnalytics Analyst (Advanced Data Analyst)

You will report directly to BAGlobal Commercial Analytics Leader and you'll work out of our Mexico locationon a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have adirect impact on the success of the BA business unit by leveraging data todrive strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and identify growthopportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze large and complex data sets toidentify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement data models,algorithms, and statistical techniques to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams tounderstand business requirements/challenges and develop analytical /data-driven solutions
• Create data visualizations and reports toeffectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for processimprovement, increased cost savings, andautomation through data analysis.
• Translate complex data into actionableinsights to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and bestpractices in data analytics.
• Work closely with commercial excellence teams, marketing, finance, andother departments to foster collaboration and alignment. Communicate findings,insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, providing guidance and supportto enable data-driven decision-making.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years ofexperience in data analysis or related fields.
• Proficiency indata and ETL, analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL,etc.
• Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in a relevantfield (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, IT).
• Experience in the building automationindustry or related field.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques(e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with data transformation / ETLtools (e.g., Alteryx, Sigma, Tableau Prep., MS SQL Server, CRMA).
• CRM systems and familiarity with sales datasources and structures.
• SalesForce business/ technical knowledge
• Experience in Snowflake
• Strong attention to detail and ability towork with large data sets.
