As a
QA Engineeryou will be:

• Collaborate within the Scrum team to define and execute comprehensive functional and non-functional testing strategies across all development stages.
• Analyze and interpret customer requirements documents (e.g., FRS, HLD) to develop effective test plans and scenarios.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases using relevant simulators and analysis tools.
• Accurately report and track identified defects and testing progress using designated bug tracking and reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Requirements:

Your toolbox

• Minimum of 3 year of professional experience in software testing
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
• Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance methodologies and test documentation practices.
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in utilizing issue tracking and test management systems, such as Quality Center, JIRA, or equivalent platforms.
• Availability for international travel on a quarterly basis.

Preferred Qualifications (it’s a plus):

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, workflows, and toolsets.
• Understanding of SQL database querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces. Experience testing IP protocols (e.g., VoIP, TCP/IP, FTP).
• Experience with telephony protocols (e.g., SS7, GSM, UMTS, VoLTE).
