We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Coordinator – Associate, to support our accounting/payments operations in the Latin America region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of our properties while ensuring a positive guest experience. Please see the main responsibilities listed below.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Transaction team with the lease/sublease contracts.
  • Follow up to get all contract signatures in Docusign platform
  • Submit signed contracts into Ariba to generate CW number
  • Maintain controls in place for lease contracts when JPM is the landlord
  • Responsible for vendor´s payments, such as condominium, cable tv, taxes, etc.
  • Responsible for intercompany payment
  • Preparation and submission of COs for Argentina, Brazil and Chile
  • Monitor due dates and payments made through the system, specially lease payments.
  • Act as lead contact with Brazil building administration/Landlord (Condominium)
  • Be the point of contact for Rio de Janeiro tenants and generate the proof of payment
  • Work on apportioning all amounts paid by the bank according to the tenants' occupancy percentage
  • Support on payments delayed/blocked all over LATAM acting as SME on accounting/finance matters.
  • Coordinate intercompany leases & payments for the 12 LEs for Brazil
  • Act as Bank rep with Power of attorney to sign off service contracts/leases.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, accounting, finance , property management, Business, or related field
  • 4-5 years of previous experience in Real Estate in the financial services or Banking Industry
  • High energy & outgoing personality
  • Excellent English level both written and spoken , Spanish is also desirable
  • Detail oriented and good communicator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite. ARIBA/SAP basic knowledge is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong work ethic and track record delivering results
