Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing programs for a technical portfolio with cross-functional and external teams.
- Experience managing programs for a portfolio of buildings in multiple geographies to defined timelines, budgets and quality metrics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience delivering technology and technical infrastructure in corporate real estate across multiple locations.
- Experience with smart buildings, control systems, Internet of Things (IoT) systems, IoT cybersecurity, energy management or similar.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization internally and externally.
- Excellent resource organization and task prioritization skills, with the ability to schedule and achieve objectives.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
