The Knowledge Management Analyst is responsible for:

  • Ensuring standard, efficient, and robust content to maintain the Employee Experience Portal and searchable HR knowledge bases utilizing the established knowledge management governance model.

  • Leveraging effective knowledge management tactics to drive self-service as well as developing and proposing new tactics in the spirit of Continuous Improvement that are reviewed and approved by management.

  • Assisting the review, validation, and editing of existing content on an established schedule and adding new content for HR policies, programs, and tools as appropriate.

  • Coordinating with content owners to periodically review and validate content.

  • Analyzing the Employee Experience portal utilization, patterns, and trends to identify areas to streamline processes and obtain information through fewer clicks and increased speed.

  • Periodically testing and documenting upgrades to the ServiceNow HR Delivery platform.

  • Supporting Employee Experience Portal and knowledge base process improvement initiatives and projects

  • Developing and providing training and/or guidance on process and tool usage

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of content/knowledge management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced communication skills in English

  • Preferred experience in a customer services environment that primarily delivered service to customers through Tier 0 web portals and self-service tools

Demonstrated Tier 0 competencies:

*Administrator for self-service web portals in a user role (non-IT position)

*Performing content management

*Maintaining knowledge bases

*Ability to work globally and across geographic regions

Specific skills:

*Knowledge management (Knowledge Centered Support, Knowledge Life Cycle, Knowledge Governance, etc.)

*Project management

*Data Analytics

*Process improvement methodologies

*Customer orientation and user experience

*Preferably HR Shared Services and/or HR/Benefits Outsourcing delivery

*Strong grasp of the written/spoken English language with clear and concise written communication skills required.

*Strong M365 skills (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

*Knowledge of HTML/CSS
