Data product strategy - The individual will lead key product areas to support Consumer & Community Banking’s data strategy. The data products will support a multi-petabyte data ecosystem on the cloud, streamlining the Data publishing to Data consumption journey and driving impact through data
Data products functional head – Lead a team of Data product owners and Data analysts to design, develop innovative data products that accelerate Speed to market of Data insights, enhance product reliability, end-end observability, robust data management and intuitive user experience. Apply a product-mindset to solve complex problems and translate product vision into outcome-driven roadmaps, that drive business impact and analyst productivity
Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with numerous stakeholder teams including technology, finance, business partners and other product areas to develop an integrated approach to prioritization and product development. Align goals and resources to adapt swiftly to changing business demands
Leadership & Communication - Self-directed Executive who doesn’t just take orders, but acts as a thought leader, demonstrating bottom up leadership and elevates the organization with focus and passion for driving impact. People Leader - Proven Manager of Mangers, capable of overseeing large diverse teams, dedicated coach and mentor who continually upgrades their team’s skills and promotes mobility within their team and across Consumer & Community Banking. Actively engages with external data community to attract new talent and promote Chase’s brand
India site leadership for Consumer & Community Banking D&A - The role will provide horizontal leadership for D&A teams in India through a matrix reporting line and not direct management responsibility for the teams. This role will ensure there is a consistent and understood organization culture, India site practices and leadership across the CCB D&A teams and Product and Experience team. The role would also partner with PXT leadership on cross team planning and execution. Key attributes of the leader is the ability to positively influence direction with all employees (regardless of level), D&A peers, multiple stakeholders and decision makers. The site role is in addition to product leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience as a Data/Analytics Executive or in a related field
Experience driving large, complex data / digital transformation initiatives, Cloud-modernization preferably in financial services
In-depth knowledge in the areas of Data engineering, designing and developing data products, Cloud technologies and AI-ML with proven ability to deliver innovation
In-depth knowledge managing large scale data warehouse platforms, Snowflake, Databricks, ETL platforms, Hadoop, BI platforms , Data catalog, Data science/ Analyst workbench, Data governance tools
Proven ability to enhance the overall experience and productivity of end users, Data engineers and Data analysts
Superb leadership skills at managing large teams; outstanding and engaging people leader who has demonstrated the ability to lead, coach and develop employees within a large organization
Proven ability to drive revenue and business outcomes
Excellent ability to influence and partner across a large organization and drive change; low ego
Strong presence and speaking skills, with the ability to influence and motivate senior executives
Comfortable presenting recommendations to senior management and capable of influencing multiple stakeholders
Experience with a Fortune 500 company and highly recognized customer centric brand strongly preferred
