You’ll make a difference by

  • Covering commercial responsibility for sales and profitability for an international product group (Sinova) with manufacturing sites in India.
  • Being responsible for monitoring and controlling the key business figures of your product group as a pacesetter in cross-functional PLM teams,
  • Taking the commercial responsibility for products and presenting them to various internal stakeholders as required and partner with the with the Product Managers as a Business Administration Partner to the PRM Team.
  • Continuous tracking of the product group performance which is one of the main tasks and actions needs to be derived if countermeasures are needed.
  • The elaboration of business cases in the context of strategic portfolio decisions (expansion, new development etc.).
  • Supporting the Product Management colleagues in the interpretation and presentation of the business figures in addition to the commercial activities.
  • Being responsible for pricing, including pricing policy and related processes, incl. special price request process, Pricing analytics for the covered regions.
  • Implementing the pricing directive in regional sales companies in ASEAN e.g. support the local price positioning, price policy implementation
  • Ensuring that pricing is an integral discipline of the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Supporting Pricing Manager to enforce proper pricing policy and methodology in all regional sales companies.
  • Managing the annual planning cycle for price setting.
  • Ensuring that local pricing policy in the regional sales companies is following global pricing principles.
  • Gathering market and competitor feedback on pricing
  • Supporting Pricing Manager to drive the regional sales companies to utilize the BU’s and divisional pricing analytics tool to identify business opportunities and eliminate price leakage.
  • Supporting Asia-Pacific region in SI EP HQ environment for pricing topics

You excel in

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics
  • Several years of pricing experience preferably in the low voltage product market or other related industries
  • Experience in dealing in a complex global organizational structure.
  • Knowledge of SAP and willingness to gather know how in E-commerce platform tools.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to influence and shape decision-making processes.
  • Strong team player with energy and commitment to drive changes and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-cultural team.
  • Proactive attitude and an ability to combine technical skills with an astute and flexible approach to commercial issues on a global level.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to take initiative and demonstrate results.
