Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience in networking engineering, or system administration
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience in networking engineering, or system administration
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration Experience
- 2+ years of experience in UNIX/Linux Systems Administration Experience
- 3+ years of experience in system automation experience using some scripting language such as Shell, PowerShell, Perl, or Python
Other Requirements:
to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsfor this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- requiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ Years’ Azure cloud administrative experience delivering IaaS services
- Experience providing technical and operational leadership
- Experience providing IT infrastructure to hardware or silicon engineering teams
- Experience supporting silicon emulation infrastructure
- Solid understanding of systems administration, automation, and monitoring
- Experience with Industry Compliance, Security, and Regulatory Standards such as ISO 27001, FedRAMP, NIST 800-171 Rev.2, NIST 800-53 Rev.4.
- Experience in Risk Management
- Understanding of fundamental statistics
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (an occasional server)
