What you’ll achieve

As a Software Principal Engineer, you'll have the chance to architect cutting-edge AI tools alongside API and web design solutions, propelling the advancement of AI throughout its lifecycle. Your role involves spearheading solution development and ensuring release readiness while collecting insights into best practices across various AI product portfolios and business sectors. Furthermore, you'll collaborate closely with your team, providing mentorship and guidance in the design and development of AI products.

You will:

• Successful deployment of AI-based tools and systems that significantly improve operational efficiency or customer experience.

• Development of innovative algorithms or models that advance the state-of-the-art in AI technology.

• Integration of AI solutions into existing workflows or platforms, enabling automation and data-drivendecision-making.Collaborationon interdisciplinary projects that leverage AI techniques to solve complex problems in fields.

• Leadership in guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to deployment and maintenance. Mentoring and coaching junior engineers to foster their growth and development in the field of AI.

• Contribution to open-source AI initiatives or communities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the industry. Adoption of best practices in AI development, including ethical considerations such as fairness, transparency, andaccountability. Continuouslearning and staying updated with the latest advancements and trends in AI research and technology.

Essential Requirements

• 6-9years of related AI and programming experience in a professional role. Solid understanding of Large Language mode, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Supervised learning, data science and data engineer, Solid interpersonal and presentation skills in Artificial intelligence

• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++, Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and algorithms. Understanding of linguistics and language models. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., GitHub). Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Ability to preprocess and analyze large text datasets.

• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and ML such as Python, or Java.Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib or Seaborn or Power BI.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure.Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or Keras.Understanding of optimization techniques and model deployment

• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and mathematical concepts.Ability to design and implement novel algorithms for specific AIapplications.Understandingof optimization techniques and algorithm efficiency

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL.Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries/packages (e.g., Pandas, NumPy,scikit-learn).Knowledgeof data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau),Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark),Expertise in data preprocessing, cleaning, andtransformation,Experiencewith database systems and querying languages (e.g., SQL, My SQL,PostgreSQL),Knowledgeof machine learning algorithms and techniques.Ability to interpret and communicate insights from data.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree, Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a cross-functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations.
